Dudes and dudetts, The Site Rush friggin ROCKS! As stated in the video above, its 250 pages of pure gold, along with 10 stellar videos that walk you step by step through the entire process.
I’m so freakin excited its hard for me to write a straight review without smiling! But I’ll give it a go. Let’s get the negatives out of the way first.
What you won’t like about the Site Rush
There is a big hair upsell to this product. I always hate to purchase something and then be told, “if you really want to know how to make this stuff work, you should buy this too, its our secret stuff for those who buy more stuff from us.”
HOWEVER – I really can’t seem to get my mind around why he’s only charging $77 for this course. The upsell is completely a stand alone product and isn’t needed at all really. I think the Site Rush should easily be sold for $1500 or more. So it’s not really a big deal for this given product because he way over delivers on the first purchase (which means it’s a good idea to take him up on his 1 time offer, but not required)
The only other negative thing about the product is the way the videos are delivered. You’ve got to download the MOV files to watch them, and I usually prefer to just watch it embeded on a members area page, but this is totally about preference here. Most people actually prefer to have the movies in a downloadable form, so if that’s you, count this as a plus, not a negative.
Why The Site Rush Rocks The House
Most people look to me when it comes to buying and selling websites. I don’t say that to blow my own horn, it just so happens to be an area that I excell in, and have taught hundreds of people how to be successful in.
You can BET I’ve read every guide available on this subject, and NOTHING until now has even deserved mentioning. The Site Rush is the only other product I’ve ever seen that I can say with a good conscience that its “on par” with my own stuff. There’s things I teach that are unique, and there’s a lot that Saj gives in his product that’s unique as well. Two different animals really.
But Equity Millions isn’t and won’t be re-open to the public for some time to come and when it does, I can tell you it won’t cost a one time payment of $77 for me to barf up all my latest virtual real estate gold. Site Flipping isn’t going anywhere. I don’t think it’s like one of those fad things you see rise up and ware off in a year or two. It’s only been getting stronger. Every IMer eventually gets to the point where they will at least buy or sell one website, and when they really start raking it in, the natural progression is to move to the Virtual Real Estate market and become what I like to call an Etycoon. So no matter what you’re currently doing to make money online, this WILL apply to you at one point or another in the future.
I would go as far as to say that the only ones who will continue to survive online without going to get a day job will be the ones playing in the Virtual real estate game. It’s all about gaining market share through investments, and recouping large sums of money in a single day for minimal work. In short, it’s all about LEVERAGE. And The Site Rush is ultimate leverage at it’s best.
Many of you reading this post will be familiar with the Guru to the Guru’s, John Reese. And you’ll likely have heard him say that internet marketing is all about Momentum! It couldn’t be said any better, and that statement in my opinion is the total summation of what the Site Rush is all about.

That sales copy seems to promise the moon and I am always skeptical that and of people offering to make millionaires… I just want something that will help me use my hard work ethic to make a comfortable income. It just seems like finding cheap sites and turning them for a profit quickly without any techie knowledge is far fetched. It would seem like a person would have to be well versed in SEO, web design, and traffic building to be able to enter this market.

I’m not saying the Site Rush will make you a millionaire, but I do believe that out of everything I’ve gone through so far in 2009, this is the most stand out product thus far, and if you really are a hard worker like you say, you can and will make money with this info.
In terms of a tech knowledge base, it goes without saying that knowing your way around web design and seo always help, but its totally not required to make this stuff work. The guide is 250 pages of straight up how to make money online buying and selling websites without any filler content.
I actually thought the product was better than $1,500 products I’ve purchased in the past, and was shocked when I realized I had only paid $77 for it.
In the interest of being truthful, I think you stand a better chance to make money using the Site Rush than anything else presently reviewed on this entire website. With that being said, it will only happen if you implement it. But remember there is a money back gaurantee on top of it anyway. So you’re kinda safe to give it a try.
In the end, you’ll have to make the decision about whether or not your should buy a copy of The Site Rush, all I can give you is my review/opinion and you’ll have to take it for what it’s worth. Hope that helps!

I’d actually recommend that you check out the review for Affiliate Funnel System, because Saj P gives you The Site Rush for free as a bonus, and they both cost the same thing.
If you only have $100, I would first advise you to buy a domain related to the niche you want to be selling products in. It will cost you about $9 at NameCheap.com.
Then, set up a hosting account at hostgator.com. You should be able to get started for about $3-$5 per month.
With your left over money, if you’re going to buy an information based product to get some education, Affiliate Funnel System is a good place to start with your left over $77…Seeing as it’ll give you The Site Rush for free, and teach you the rest of what you need to know about affiliate marketing.

But in all honesty, I’m glad you asked because I need to make a blog post about this. Right now, it’s totally a buyers market. You can literally pick up sites for 5-7X the monthly revenue or less in many cases.
Yes, there’s still plenty of money to be made selling websites if you know where to do it, (and The Site Rush is a great guide on how to get it done…the best one currently on the market in my opinion).
But, I think you should be looking to snag a deal myself. Now’s the time to pad your monthly revenue with a faithful earner you can steal at a great price.
