I think where Jon Jonas is strong is in teaching you how to hire and train your workers. The project management software seemed a little redundant unless you are building a large team. I wasn't that impressed with the modules but for someone who is new to internet marketing they will be helpful. Definitely a great way to get good quality help for cheap. We hired a girl a few months ago using this system. She is well educated, excellent English, sharp as a tack, and all for aprox $200 per month full time.
